The National Committee for the Registration of the Art of Healing, in accordance with section 334.125, and the care committee in accordance with section 335.036 may jointly adopt rules governing the use of cooperation agreements. Those rules are limited to the definition of geographical areas to be invented, treatment methods that may be covered by common practice agreements and requirements for the verification of services provided under common practice agreements, including the transfer of powers to prescribe controlled substances. All rules relating to the dispensing or distribution of drugs or equipment by prescription or prescription prescription in accordance with this section shall be submitted to the National Pharmacy Committee for approval. All provisions relating to the dispensing or distribution of controlled substances by prescription or prescription in accordance with this section are subject to the authorization of the Ministry of Health and Services for the Elderly and the National Pharmacy Committee. In order to take effect, these rules shall be approved by a majority of the quorum of each body. Neither the National Health Arts Registration Committee nor the Care Committee can adopt separate rules for collaborative practical agreements.
